The warm roof installation process

- Preparation of existing or renewal of subdeck with BBA approved structural timbers
- Installation of Vapour Control layer (we use Alutrix, Kempershield or similar)
- PIR Insulation installed at required thickness to achieve required U Value.
- Additional layer of structural sheet timber mechanically fixed with thermal fixings
- Finally the waterproofing layer is installed - various options including polyurethane or other liquid systems, EPDM or torch on felt
