Often we can quote from supplied pictures and end up getting the job done much quicker.

What we are looking for ideally is

• Pictures or video of the problem area from outside the property, particularly from ground level so we can judge access
• Pictures or video from above the problem area if its an extension or something like that
• Picture of the problem from inside (eg stain on the ceiling)
